Conditions of Carriage

General Rules:

• The eTicket is Issued to the Lead Passenger Name which should be the same as the Credit Card Owner Name.
• In cases, where an eTicket or an Original Ticket has been issued 'Subject to Bank Clearance' and such clearance cannot be obtained in time, such cases may be asked to settle the Ticket value at the Embarkation Office.
• Passenger Names on the Ticket are verified as correct against Identity Proof, and physical Credit Card verification when Passengers report for Embarkation at the Port Offices.
• The Card Owner may be asked to sign a Bank or Company Receipt (for his or her own protection) when the Boarding Passe/s are handed over in exchange of the eTicket that was issued by an Internet or Fax or Telephone or Letter or Verbal Order.

HELLENICdata HANDLING FEES

• Ticketed Reservations, if cancelled are subject to each Operator's Cancellation Conditions plus Bank Commission and other site handling charges (total 15% in addition to the Operator's fees, if any) for collecting and returning the ticket amount to and from the purchaser.
• There is no fee or cost to book or cancel any reservation, if the reservation does not get ticketed.
